This bar-restaurant serves a range of top-quality dishes. The chef, Juan Manuel Diaz Diaz, combines different international cuisines, but traditional Spanish dishes, of course, play the most important role.
Our recommendations include a wide selection of traditional vegetable, meat and fish dishes that have been given a modern touch by the current avant-garde chef. The flavour of these dishes is enhanced by regional products, such as olive oil.
The select, home-made, seasonal desserts that we serve provide the perfect finish to a meal that has been accompanied by the best local wines, including Crianzas (aged min. 2 years, 6 months in barrel) and Reservas (aged min. 3 years, 1 year in barrel) from Rioja, Ribera del Duero and other wines from Castile that have been aged in barrels in our wine cellar.
