The Sierra de San Pablo is a mountain range located in the south of the province of Seville. It has a surface area of 350 hectares and a perimeter of about 20 kilometres. The upper part is quite flat, this is where you will find an extensive recreational area (Llano de la Romería).

There is a wealth of flora featuring the Aleppo pine and the stone pine, as well as wild olive trees, carobs and holm oaks. There are a number of aromatic plants including thyme, marjoram, rosemary and perennial pepperweed (lepidium latifolium). You will also find a number of species of orchids such as the giant and the mirror of Venus.

The fauna consists of small rodents, foxes, reptiles such as the ladder snake, ocellated lizards, numerous birds of prey, warblers and woodpeckers.
