San Francisco de Asís de Montefrío

San Francisco de Asís de Montefrío, as the name indicates, is located in the town of Montefrío, in the province of Granada. It is the result of the illusion, work and tenacity of people who really appreciate their land and their olive trees.

In San Francisco de Asís de Montefrío there are more than 1,700 members whose aim is to promote the development of their Town and their Region and this has led to the creation of one of the Olive-Oil Mills with the greatest capacity in Andalusia. There are currently thirteen organic continuous system lines for pressing with a capacity exceeding a million kilos per day and a production of about nine million litres of olive oil.
