La Abuela Carmen
La Abuela Carmen, located in the province of Cordoba in the town of Montalbán, has been dedicated to the cultivation, production and handling of garlic for more than thirty years. Once harvested the garlic heads are dried slowly and naturally in the field. Then the stem and the roots are removed, a job which today is still done manually.
Then the heads of garlic are transported from the fields to be stored.
La Abuela Carmen uses the latest technology for processing the garlic. All produce is subjected to strict quality controls in order to obtain the best flavour with the highest guarantee of traceability and food safety.
