Sierra Nevada Bike Park

Sierra Nevada Bike Park has undergone a major transformation with the incorporation of new downhill circuits, and has consolidated the MTB offer in the area. Thanks to this it has become one of the best bike parks in Spain offering high mountain downhill circuits. Three ski lifts (a cable car, chairlift and a mechanical carpet) lead to seven downhill routes for all levels (introduction, intermediate and advanced). More than 30 kilometres and a vertical drop of almost 1,000 metres, on signposted routes, which are skiable areas in winter, will enable you to discover Sierra Nevada in summer.

The Veleta and Bulevares circuits have been designed for intermediate bikers. Peñones, Montebajo, Río and Maribel are for experts. Fuente Alta is a multi-purpose circuit, suitable for hikers and cross-country bikers. It is situated in an expanse of forest, a kilometre from the Pradollano residential estate, accessible from Kilometre 31 (on the A-395 road).

There is an area designed for beginners: Mini Bike Park. The Borreguiles magic carpet will take you there, and it is the perfect place for children and beginners to get familiar with downhill biking. It includes typical bike park obstacles, with small jumps and gentle cambers.
