The Los Balcones Country House has been restored with elegance and extreme care and is available for rent as individual apartments or the complete unit, and in this case the communal areas are available (courtyard, gallery and terrace) for private use and to celebrate all kinds of events.

The Los Balcones Country House has a large glass-roofed patio in the centre of the house which may be used for guests to hold events and meetings.

The terrace/solarium is the perfect place for an open-air breakfast, to relax while reading or to take a well-deserved rest while enjoying a beautiful sunset over the bay of Cadiz.
