Santiago Domínguez has run the kitchen since 1958. The fish, seafood, shellfish and meat dishes are the main features on the Mediterranean menu at this elegant restaurant.
A maritime theme runs through dishes such as artichokes with oysters, (the speciality of the house), small cuttlefish in their ink with cocochas (cod cheeks) and tuna carpaccio with baby eels. The tapas are excellent, with more than 500 different varieties, as are some of the typical Castillian dishes such as the roast suckling pig and assorted meats.
Monday to Sunday from 12:30 to 23:30.
