In 1998, the first Tragabuches restaurant opened in Ronda. Its intention at that time was none other than to create the first farm-to-table restaurant where the produce takes centre stage. 25 years later, we have reclaimed that same philosophy and are once again cooking Andalusia.
Tragabuches Marbella, part of the Dani García Group and located in Marbella, serves the dishes we have been eating all our lives. Each product has a first name and surname, since it comes from a specific crop and a special person. There is also a historical journey through well-known Spanish wines such as Marqués de Murrieta, Castillo Ygay 1925 and CVNE Imperial Gran Reserva 1928, as well as some more recent ones like Alión 1991.
