Pensión The Monkey Room

The Monkey Room Guesthouse is located in the old town of Marbella, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Currently run by Scottish owners, this 17th-century inn was originally owned by the church as a lodging place for pilgrim monks.

The Monkey Room has been refurbished and is a haven for backpackers and world travellers, offering clean, comfortable rooms, a large bar, lounge area with a pool table, and a wood-burning fireplace for the winter. We offer a hearty English breakfast which guests can enjoy on the terrace.
