It has 10 one-bedroom apartments and 60 studios, each designed for two people. However, up to two extra beds can be installed in the apartments and one in the studios (supplement according to season). They all have individual air-conditioning/heating, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, fridge, electronic safe (for hire), terrace and full bathroom. The studios have a fitted kitchen and the one-bedroom apartments have kitchenette and lounge.
