The villa has 5 rooms (an outward-facing independent suite and a walk-through suite with a sofa bed). En-suite master bedroom with direct access to the garden, bathroom-dressing room, 1.80 x 2m bed, 55-inch Smart TV and electric fireplace. Double bedroom with direct access to the garden, two beds (90 x 1.90 m) and built-in wardrobe. Opposite there is a full bathroom. Bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed, built-in wardrobe and bathroom included. Independent double bedroom suite, with two 90 x 1.90 m beds, built-in wardrobe and full bathroom. This room is accessed independently from the entrance to the site, which guarantees privacy and independence. 

Additionally there is a multipurpose room with a 1.40 x 2 m sofa bed, built-in wardrobe, work desk with chair and 31.5 curved monitor" for PC and video games, with Fire TV. All bedrooms have all brand new furniture, beds with high quality mattresses and pillows, ceiling fans and individual radiators.

The villa is handed over with all beds made using excellent quality bedding. The four bathrooms have outward-facing windows, designer furniture, as well as the best high-quality, large Egyptian cotton towels for the sink and bath. The bedrooms with direct access to the garden and pool have large sliding doors opening onto a terrace area and views of the lush garden and pool. Living room, dining room and modern kitchen with island, sharing the same space with three rooms and with direct access to a 60 m2 porch through two large sliding glass doors. 

The dining room of Almendro Tourist House has a large table for 10 people. Kitchen with all the required appliances, large and small, as well as crockery, glassware, cutlery, both for indoor and outdoor use. In addition, it has a large natural Iroko wood bar with stools for breakfast, informal meals, etc. The kitchen also has direct access to the barbecue area. Free 1 GB fibre optic internet and WiFi throughout the villa, wireless music system with Bluetooth connection and board games.

Beautiful established garden with a lawn, surrounded by lush plants and trees, and dominated by an amazing palm tree and giant yucca. Exterior porch with a large aluminium dining table and chairs, outdoor lounge area, with armchairs and low table, and two ceiling fans. Lovely pool with Martini bench and jacuzzi with jets. Beach area with sun loungers and parasol.  

At the back of the villa there is a wonderful barbecue area, with a gas grill and a firewood or charcoal barbecue. 

Private car park with two spaces and automatic opening with remote control. A Welcome Book is provided with user manuals and information on all the activities that can be carried out in the surrounding area. It has a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
