The owner, Jorge Puerto, learned the restaurateur trade for many years at the restaurant owned by his father, José Puerto, the founder of the legendary "Lo Güeno". The result is a temple rich in wisdom, good service and excellent food. It has worked so well that it has served good food to the public for more than a decade.
