A menu designed for the enjoyment of classic Spanish cuisine and in which you will appreciate certain features of the extraordinary French gastronomic tradition.
As a starter we recommend the smoked eel terrine with Williams pear. For lovers of meat the Chateaubriand with Bearnaise sauce is a must. If you prefer well-prepared fish, you will most certainly be delighted with the monkfish wrapped in Italian jowl bacon with cream of crab and artichokes.
