Café Central

The Central Café is the oldest café in the centre of Malaga. Here, José Prado, owner of the establishment since 1940, coined the unusual way to ask for coffee in Malaga, unique in the world: based on the amount of coffee that milk is later added to, each coffee has its own name, thus adapting to the particular taste of the client.

You can also find the most typical tapas in the city such as fried fish or paella.
