Al-Yamal
Opened in 1983, the Restaurante Al-Yamal was the first Arabic restaurant established in Malaga. The specialities are couscous and Andalusian cuisine.
Al-Yamal means “beauty”: the warm lighting and the candles on each table create a peaceful, romantic atmosphere which will immerse you in the world of the thousand and one nights, a sorcery of enchantment and beauty, which will transport you to the Cordoba of Omeya.
All accompanied by gentle Al-Andalus, Arabic, Maluf, Turkish, Egyptian and even jazz and classical music. You'll enjoy wines from Morocco and Algeria, without forgetting the characteristic mint tea with Moroccan pastries to finish off with.
Monday to Saturday, midday to 5pm and 7pm to midnight.
