La Paloma Fossil

La Paloma Fossil is located in Málaga, opposite the Playa del Pedregalejo beach, with excellent views over the Bay of Málaga.

In La Paloma Fossil there is a restaurant that is completely different, where you get the chance try stone-cooked dishes, a really ancient method which involves the customer being presented with fresh, raw meet, fish and vegetables. Next to the ingredients there is an individual stone griddle at 400ºC, where you can give your food a personal touch, in addition to cooking it at your own pace, tasting each freshly cooked bite.

In La Paloma Fossil you can taste this speciality of stone-grilled meats, unique in Málaga, accompanied by delicious fresh salads, salmon in its own juices, couscous with vegetables or chicken, and international specialties like Fettuccine in mushroom sauce, etc. all without forgetting starters, and overlooking the sea.
