Aceitunas Roldán

Aceitunas Roldán is located in Malaga, where they have been preparing olives and pickles for over 45 years. They prepare olives using the variety with the Aceituna Aloreña Designation of Origin, which is the only variety in Spain with D.O. This olive is a rare variety of the species since for a series of circumstances this variety can only be produced in a small region of the province of Málaga.

Aceitunas Roldán also work with other varieties of olives: anchovy flavoured pitted Manzanilla olives, stuffed with gherkin, anchovy flavoured Gordal Lisa olives, etc.

Aceitunas Roldán also produce pickles and other specialities like green olive paté, black olives and, of course, high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made from olives that are not the right size to be prepared as table olives. An excellent olive oil characterised by its fruity flavour and shades of golden colours.
