Palacio Solecio Hotel

Welcome to the Palacio Solecio Hotel, the first luxury boutique accommodation in Málaga. History, luxury and gastronomy come together in an incomparable setting in the heart of the historic centre of Málaga.

This iconic 18th century palace was built by Félix Solecio, a Genoese nobleman who moved to Málaga where he made playing cards that were marketed in America. Original elements of the building have been maintained and recovered with extreme care, respecting the original architectural and artistic style with Andalusian essence.

The hotel has 68 elegant, bright rooms with décor inspired by an 18th century Malaga palace with a modern touch.

It is located in the heart of the historical town centre of Málaga just a short walk from the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba and the Roman Theatre.

The Restaurante Balausta, under the leadership of José Carlos García and awarded a Michelin Star, creates a whole world of aromas and flavours with a careful selection of ingredients but always within the tradition of Málaga and its most typical recipes.

The bar is highly sophisticated and ideal for enjoying a cocktail.
