Cortijo El Romeral

This two-floored Andalusian farm is situated among centenary olive trees, in a 20 hectare estate, about 9 km from Lucena. It comprises two houses, one on each floor, a rectangular inner courtyard, and 20m2 porch.

The first house is adapted fro the disabled and comprises two double bedrooms with heating (14 mt2 each), bathroom and lounge-living room (37 mt2) with kitchen, fireplace and sofa-bed. The second house comprises three bedrooms with heating (tow of them are 14 mt2 and the other one 12 mt2), bathroom and lounge-dining-room (37 mt2) with kitchen, fireplace and sofa-bed. Both houses are fully equipped with domestic appliances (fridge, washing machine...), TV, fully equipped kitchen, etc. and the house has a large fully fenced back garden with 600 mt2 of surface area, with swimming pool (45 mt2), toilet-dressing room, two B&B and a porch (50 mt2) with garden furniture.
