Los Marchales Trail - PR A 331

The Los Marchales Trail - PR A 331, runs through the area of the same name, in the municipal districts of Lucainena de las Torres in Almeria.

The first section of the path fully crosses the Vía Verde de Lucainena de las Torres, restoring the old railway line which joined Lucainena de las Torres with Aguamarga to transport the mineral extracted from the mines.

The second part of the path goes by two watercourses, Rambla Honda and Rambla de Morales, until it starts to ascend towards the Marchales area along bridle paths, tracks and trails. Along the whole ascent, you will see the Peñon de Lucainena on one side and the Paraje del Marchal and theVega de Lucainena on the other side.

The path ends with a stroll through the streets of Lucainena de las Torres, worth a visit, as you can lose yourself in them with their white houses that are always houses adorned with flowers, its Moorish layout and numerous buildings that remind us of its thriving mining.
