The cuisine recalls the flavours of the gastronomic tradition of Granada, although it also serves internationally-inspired dishes. Highlights of the menu include the typical remojón (orange salad) from Granada with cod and olives, the chef’s trout and the char-grilled Iberian pork shoulder.
