Located in Linares, Canela en Rama Tavern is a very personal concept of restaurant from local chef Juan Carlos Trujillo Teruel, offering a fresh and modern Andalusian ambience.
Canela en Rama Restaurant opened in 2008 and has two areas of contrasting ambience: a gastronomic bar or modern Andalusian tavern, serving tapas and wine in an informal setting; and the dining room, with seating for 26 diners in a more formal setting, offering both à la carte and tasting menus.
They use the finest and freshest produce from all around Andalusia.
Canela en Rama Tavern offers a fresh take on traditional Andalusian cuisine with new culinary techniques to provide a decidedly modern, avant-garde character. They are experts in extra virgin olive oil, giving it new forms, textures and uses.
Monday: 12.30pm to 4pm and 8.30pm to 11.30pm Tuesdays: 12.30pm to 4.30pm Thursday-Sunday: 12.30pm to 4.30pm and 8.30pm to 11.30pm
