Mesón La Fabriquilla

Located in the municipality of Laujar de Andarax, Mesón La Fabriquilla has used the structure of an old XX century power plant to establish an excellent restaurant.

Refurbished in the natural environment of the Andarax river source, in Sierra Nevada, the restaurant offers typical dishes of the region, with outstanding char-grilled meats and cured meats of the valley of Laujar: Alpujarra style dishes, wheat stew, fried semolina flour breadcrumbs, "tabernero" (innkeeper stew) or liver with onions. Its homemade traditional desserts include bread of Calatrava, rice pudding and its milk fritters.

In addition to the traditional menu, Mesón La Fabriquilla has a children's menu. You also order special menus for celebrations, groups and business meals.

Mesón La Fabriquilla has a spacious terrace to enjoy the excellent natural surroundings. The dining room has capacity for 150 people, including a bar area for tapas and dishes.
