At an altitude of 2,000 metres, the Puerto de La Ragua Recreational Resort arrogantly dominates the surrounding geographical area from La Alpujarra, the beaches of Almeria, the Cabo de Gata, the Sierras de Baza, Cazorla, Segura y las Villas and the Marquesado Plateau, to the snowy peaks of the National Park.
