Located in Lanjarón, Quesos Venta del Chaleco is a small family business whose aim is to contribute to the development of La Alpujarra by recovering its farming and ranching origins while at the same time adapting them to new technologies so as to offer maximum hygiene guarantees hygiene but retaining all the flavours of old.

When you try Venta del Chaleco cheeses you will be reminded of your grandparent's home-made cheeses. The only ingredients are milk and rennet... and with the fresh aroma of green meadows.

You should also try the chocolates filled with marmalade, jam, honey or pâté. The shop at the factory is always open for tasting.
