Puebla de Cazalla Olive Oil Museum is located in the former Mill of Hacienda de La Fuenlonguilla dated 1858. The museum is a live reconstruction of the oil process. From the collection to the extraction of the precious liquid gold as well as preparing the olive groves and cleaning them. A reflection so as not to miss our roots of connection with this basic ingredient of our Mediterranean diet. Likewise, it is possible to visit the noble part of the farmstead, where the former owners lived.
Olive trees and oil have always been leading products for the economy and culture of our town. Olive oil has made a strong comeback, prioritising quality rather than production and declaring its benefit to health.
