Hacienda Nuestra Señora del Carmen - Fuenlonguilla
Located in the outskirts of La Puebla de Cazalla, Hacienda de Nuestra Señora del Carmen (La Fuenlonguilla) dates back to the middle of the 19th century when it was used for farming and livestock activities. The old mill or oil press, in addition to the rest of the complex, has been preserved in perfect condition.
This estate was fully restored to recover one of the most characteristic and important heritage elements in the city, which has since become a space dedicated to flamenco in every aspect.
Its large central courtyard has been the venue for the Reunión de Cante Jondo de La Puebla de Cazalla since 1991, in addition to the International Flamenco Contest.
Within the estate visitors will also find the Oil Museum, the Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum and a Flamenco Exhibition in the upper area of the complex.
Its park, which has an old watering place of medieval origin and Mudéjar tradition, is a particularly notable feature.
