Silvia y Melissa is a 135 m2 country house located on a 1,500 m2 plot, with room for up to 6 people, in La Puebla de Cazalla, in the countryside of Seville.

The house features a spacious 40 m2 living/dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, 32-inch" smart TV with Netflix. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, toaster, microwave oven, fridges and dishwasher.

The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

Silvia and Melissa also boasts a terrace with a porch and barbecue, a large 15 x 6 m swimming pool which is up to 2 m deep and features Roman end steps. There is also a toilet with a shower and a washing machine. The house also has a large garden with trees and a fenced kennel (ideal for pets).
