Bodegas Infante
Founded in La Palma del Condado in 1993, Bodegas Infanta commenced with the purchase of barrels and reserves of mother wines from Bodegas Vallejo in Bollullos Par del Condado. Since its inception, this winery has specialised in the production of brandy, sparkling wines (whites and rosés), vinegar (traditional and balsamic) and cava.
The building for the wine cellar dates back to the end of the 19th century (1870) and has a sales reception, courtyard, exhibition room and ageing cellar. This winery has an open floor plan and high ceilings, with a central archway that displays semicircular arches supported by pillars. The gable roof is made of timber and Moorish tiles.
Bodegas Infanta offers an interesting room for the exhibition of utensils and tools related to the ageing and production of wine.
