The Restaurante Orellana Perdiz located in the town of La Carolina, in the province of Jaén, serves traditional cuisine, the speciality being partridge, whether in the form of pâté, pickled, stewed or cooked with onions. Meat from mountain animals, assorted seasonal vegetables, etc. There are also traditional breadcrumbs with pheasant and roasts from a Moorish wood-burning oven and, of course, the authentic partridge pâté.

There is a carefully selected wine list to accompany these dishes. The desserts are home-made, with the chocolate pudding a definite must.

The Orellana Perdiz currently has 2 hotels and two restaurants located on both sides of the A4 South motorway:

The Hotel Orellana Perdiz Castillo Navas de Tolosa, exit KP 265 (towards Seville) and the Orellana Perdiz Nuevas Poblaciones, exit KP 266 (towards Madrid).

Both restaurants provide the following services: bar-cafeteria, function rooms, private lounges, shops and service stations.
