At La Carolina and one of the most beautiful and historic venues around the city, Plaza de las Delicias, the cuisine of Del Arco arises from the contrast of the most traditional dishes and new textures, presentations that never miss their essence and flavour.

Situated near Torres de la Aduana, former entrance to the village, through which the Central European settlers and King Carlos III himself arrived, its interior does not clash with the historic setting, because it is decorated with fine materials. Stone and wood give a feeling of warmth and tranquillity.

Del Arco Restaurant has two atmospheres. First, the restaurant, where you can enjoy a varied menu, from the most traditional dishes of the local culture to the best signature cuisine, that of chef Miguel Ángel del Arco. Meanwhile, it also has a gastrobar, serving the best tapas and portions in an informal way.
