Aldea de Los Guindos

The old mining complexes in the north of the province of Jaén are stunning landscapes with old mining structures for loading and unloading mineral and a great place to put our telescopes, in large open esplanades without any obstacles.

The Los Guindos Meadow, in the town of La Carolina (Jaén) has a spectacular Northern and Western horizon and West, where it is possible to see the elusive zodiacal light on winter nights.

Especially recommended in autumn and winter months, with the arms of Perseus and Orion hiding in the West.

Easily accessible and very close to the A-4, we are in a magnificent location from which you can explore the wonders of the universe from the Sierra Morena Starlight Reserve and Tourist Destination.
