Venta Gabriel
Located in Jerez de la Frontera, in Cuartillos, Venta Gabriel is typical inn of the Jerez countryside. It is a restaurant serving traditional Andalusian cuisine, specialising in Iberian cured meats, charcoal-grilled meats and fish from Sanlúcar.
There is also an extensive wine list and the sale of produce.
The main gastronomic feature is the selection of charcoal-grilled meats prepared in full view of the public: Retinto beef, as well as beef and veal from Galicia and Ávila. The most popular are the T-bone steaks. Venta Gabriel also serves Iberian pork and lamb, as well as suckling pig which must be ordered in advance. The menu is completed with cured meats from Huelva, pork loin and homemade casseroles which vary according to the season.
There is also a marquee seating 200 for celebrations, a car park and a children's play area.
