The food at the Restaurant-Museum "Las Bóvedas de Esporsil" is traditional, with avant-garde touches, where high quality is the top priority.

The restaurant is divided into a beautifully-decorated hall, which is the actual restaurant, with a ceiling made of four-pointed vaults, typical of the winery architecture in the area.

Inside we also find a private room that is like the vestry of a one-hundred-year-old winery. If we go up the stairs we get to a large hall, with marble flooring and a wooden ceiling made of old reused barrels, where we can find the museum of string instruments. It has more than 300 instruments on display, including an impressive collection of more than 100 flamenco guitars made in the 18th and 19th centuries - it is a unique museum in Spain.
