La Cruz Blanca
Right in the historic quarter of the city of Jerez de la Frontera, in front of the town hall, La Cruz Blanca offers breakfasts, tapas, lunches and dinners. It brings us traditional Jerez cuisine with a modern touch and adapted to the tastes and habits of modern life: the same dishes as usual but made with a more modern technique and lighter ingredients. A fun way to share, have tapas and spend some time surrounded by friends.
La Cruz Blanca restaurant is a meeting place where people come together to form part of a large family: artists, friends, travellers, workers and passers-by… conversations, laughter, games, images, songs, and the occasional poem… but always through a glass of joy accompanied by a good tapa… the delicacy of the gods.
The cuisine is simple but very creative; they have home-made ham croquettes, Russian salad, fish roe with dressing, meatballs in sauce, toast with Iberian ham, with sweet tomato and grilled liver, and with caramelised goat's cheese, artichokes with clams, baby scallops with garlic, home-made cod fritters... Fresh cuisine, where the typical flavours, produce and wines of the area predominate.
