Bodegas Páez Morilla

This base was the inspiration for his son, Don Antonio Páez Lobato, to found the bodega in 1945, a bodega that today is world renowned for its pioneering work in the ageing and marketing of Vinagres de Jerez Reserva and Gran Reserva, products that stand out for their quality and are appreciated in the most prestigious kitchens in the world. 

Since the 1980s, Bodegas Páez Morilla has also stood out for the creation of atypical wines for the Marco de Jerez, such as the famous Andalusian white wine "Tierra Blanca" and "Viña Lucía", the first crianza red wine bottled in the region. Another of the winery's great contributions is its dedication to the bottling of Sherry casks, exporting more than 50,000 casks with the "Sherry Cask" label to distilleries where they are used for ageing whiskies. 

Visitors can stroll through the barrel cellars of the winemaking cellar, discover the Sherry Vinegar ageing process, enjoy wine and vinegar tastings, admire the collection of labels from bodegas in the Marco de Jerez region and marvel at the early 20th century photographic exhibition, which offers a window into a vanished past.
