Bodega Williams & Humbert
Bodegas Williams & Humbert are in the triangle formed by Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda. This area is known for its unusual microclimate influenced by its proximity to the coast and the rivers Guadalquivir and Guadalete.
Founded in 1877 by Sir. Alexander Williams, a great connoisseur and enthusiast of Jerez products, and his brother-in-law, Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international relations. Since then, part of the brand's wines and brandies have been preserved in oak barrels of the highest quality (ancient "solera" blends). These form the basis of the current production and ageing of each of the wines and brandies from Bodegas Williams & Humbert.
On the tour of Bodega Williams & Humbert, one of the largest wineries in Europe, its secrets will be revealed to you, and you will discover the history, production and ageing of its wines along the way.
Visits: At 10 am., 12 pm. and 1:30 pm. Visits on afternoons, weekends and bank holidays must be booked in advance.
