Bodega Herederos Nicolás Martín Viña La Constancia

Bodega Herederos Nicolás Martín Viña La Constancia is located in the province of Cadiz in the town of Jerez de la Frontera, and consists of a wine tourism complex featuring 25 hectares of vineyard and a cellar where they produce their own wine.

The pale Albariza soil has a spongy structure, it is easy to work and has a deep subsoil from which, during the months of drought, the vines can extract the water from the reserves which collect there.

This soil is rich in calcium carbonate, and the white colour, mild temperature and damp south and south east winds, together with the care taken by the labourers, create an ideal environment for the cultivation of grapes.

The plantation dates back to 1969, and 95% of the vineyard produces the Palomino Fino variety of grapes, reserving the remaining 5% for the Pedro Ximénez variety, which after "blending" adds the sweetness to the wines.
