Olive oil tourism and "Olivares Vivos" in Jaén
Visit to the olive grove, where you can stroll among century-old olive trees and young specimens, present and future of the olive grove, enjoying a natural and diverse environment. Here you will learn how to manage an organic olive grove, care for livestock, and cultivate olives in harmony with nature. We participate with SEO/Birdlife in the "Olivares Vivos" project, where our farm is an example of biodiversity.
You can then visit our traditional oil mill to see first-hand how we make our organic EVOO in the traditional way.
The visit ends with a tasting of local products (toast with olive oil, cheese, honey, cured meats, wine from the farm).
