La Juventud

In the old quarter of Jabalquinto with sixty long years of experience, La Juventud Restaurant is an excellent place to taste good local homemade food. A menu made using excellent products, in the best atmosphere.

Specialities include "flamenquines", several types of ciabatta, paella, Galician-style octopus, sirloin steak and beef or pork cheeks. In summer La Juventud offers a refreshing menu: gazpacho, salmorejo, Russian salad, seafood "salpicón", and other delicacies.
