The restaurant is just 5 minutes away from Jaén, in Jabalcuz (old thermal spa), a charming place with a family atmosphere surrounded by nature. With over 30 years of experience, Asador Mirador is a reference in the local gastronomy. From the large windows of Asador El Mirador restaurant you can admire a unique panoramic view of Jaén, with its majestic Cathedral, work of the master Andrés de Valdelvira.

Asador El Mirador fusses over the products it elaborated, especially the roasted meats, lamb, suckling pig and grilled or charbroiled meats. Magnificent starters, such as vegetables omelettes or salmorejo (thick gazpacho made with bread), fish recipes such as cod gratiné with honey and nuts or salmon stuffed with vegetables and seafood, and homemade desserts, as ice cream biscuit with figs and the star dessert: "lágrima de almazara".
