It is partly built of stone which gives it a unique appearance. In the interior of the house there are the old washrooms and water tanks.

There is a swimming pool for exclusive use and the house consists of three storeys. On the main floor there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed, a terrace and a private bathroom, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The top floor is an attic with five double bedrooms and a single room.
