La Posaílla
Located on the road to Murcia and founded in 1925, Restaurante La Posaílla is the oldest establishment in the municipality of Huétor Santillán. Its traditional recipes have been handed down from generation to generation.
The highlights are its rice, lamb stew, home-made croquettes, meat in a puff pastry pie, in sauce or chargrilled and many more delicious dishes, such as its mountain meat. Not forgetting its exquisite home-made desserts, such as the custard cake, the almond cake, crème caramel or the custard.
It has two terraces and, in winter, the fireplace in the dining room is always lit and creates a very cosy atmosphere.
Tuesday–Sunday: 11 am to close. Sundays during winter: closed in the afternoon.
