The Las Fuentes Rainbow Trout Fish Farm is located in the province of Granada in the town of Huéscar and has over 30 years experience. The company is the result of a family initiative to dedicate themselves to the reproduction, breeding, production and marketing of the Rainbow Trout.

The Las Fuentes Rainbow Trout Fish Farm has some 8,000 m2 of facilities and fully complies with all regulations in matters of the environment.

Unlike salt-water fish, river trout DO NOT live or drink in the seas and oceans increasingly affected by pollution.

To this we can add that the fish farm is located in the head waters of a river, very close to its source, where the water is extremely pure and oxygenated, providing the very best conditions for breeding trout which are of a high-quality and full of flavour.
