Behind the Tartessos brand is a family business, founded in 1840, which is dedicated to the traditional artisan production of Iberian pork products, combining old knowledge with new health technologies.
Jamones Tartessos breed their own pigs, ensuring they are of pure Iberian stock, and let them feed free range in their own pastures on acorns and grass.
They cure their hams in dryers and natural cellars in Cumbres Mayores (Huelva), in the surroundings of the Sierra de Aracena Natural Park, lending them an exceptional texture and quality.
