Ángel

Located in Huelma, the Restaurante Ángel is a part of the Ángel Guest House. They specialise in groups of mountaineers who go hiking in the Sierra Mágina Nature Reserve.

Notable amongst the specialities are the partridge salad, lamb roasted in a wood-fired oven, Baeza style code, Mágina pancakes, spinach a la Paulina, "leche frita" (lit. fried milk) and its millefeuille with hot chocolate.

It opens very early, so Ángel offers the best breakfast. All kinds of meals can be prepared for groups: banquets, business lunches, etc.
