Raisa
Located in the town of Hornos de Segura, in the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Nature Reserve, the Restaurante Raisa sits on a steep rocky promontory overlooking the valley and the blue waters of the Tranco reservoir.
The Restaurante Raisa serves carefully prepared, typical local cuisine, specialising in traditional dishes from this mountain area like kid goat fried with garlic, game (wild boar, deer and venison), rabbit with dumplings, marinated pork with olive oil, home-made cured meats, gachas (a kind of porridge), fried breadcrumbs... All made in traditional wood-fired oven.
It has mistela liqueur (made by adding alcohol to non-fermented grape juice) and home-made desserts.
