Jamones y Embutidos La Finojosa is a company with its roots in the north of the province of Córdoba, in the heart of the Pedroches Valley, dedicated to the breeding of the indigenous Iberian pig, fed with the best acorns from the oak forests of Córdoba.
All with the help of the most advanced techniques and natural local climate, with cold winters and hot dry summers and, which provide the finishing touches to the products in the cellars, which are made following the age-old traditions of the region.
They produce Hams, Shoulders of Ham and Cured Meats.
