La Fabriquilla
Located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada National Park, in the Güéjar Sierra mountains, La Fabriquilla is a rustic restaurant in exceptional surroundings, by a corner of the reservoir, next to the river and close to a large wood.
Serving Alpujarra and Moorish- Andalusian cuisine, La Fabriquilla is outstanding for its grilled meats and roasts: kid goat with garlic, T-bone steak, honey-roast lamb, knuckle of pork... and the exceptional homemade desserts.
