Apartamentos Cuevas Pedro Antonio de Alarcón

Located on the Altiplano, in Granada province, the origin of these caves as dwellings goes back to the 16th century, when what was the largest cave settlement in Europe at the time was created. Its most significant characteristic is its temperature, which is constant between 18º and 20ºC all year round, making it warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The Pedro Antonio de Alarcón cave complex is located in a privileged situation 59 kms from Granada. It has 23 caves decorated in traditional style, with modern services such as air conditioning/heating, telephone, television, hairdryer and jacuzzi (in one of the caves).
